I’ve been dreaming of giving JAN a footprint in South Africa for many years now. That time has finally arrived! I’m currently looking to expand my team in Cape Town and at Tswalu Kalahari. In everything we do, we always strive to be open and honest, we’re always expanding our horizons by challenging what we think we know and by being curious about the things we don’t, we believe everyone should be proud of their heritage, and we’re always looking for better ways to live and work sustainably with a deep consideration for the environment.   • Full-time position based in Cape Town.

  • Candidate must have a high capacity for development and innovation, and a curious personality.  

  • You will be responsible for leading the Innovation Studio and for recipe development. 

Sous pastry Chef at Tswalu

  • Full-time position based in the Kalahari.

  • At least 5 years experience as Pastry Chef. 

Sales and Marketing Representative

  • Based in Cape Town.

  • You must have experience in wine and product sales.
